If you stop using the App, your account may be marked inactive; however, clinical records may still be retained as required by applicable laws, regulations, and program requirements. Retention periods may vary depending on your care plan and governing regulations.


7) User Rights and Data Accuracy

Health measurements collected through the App are part of a clinical record and cannot be edited or modified by users.

If you believe a reading is inaccurate or have questions about what is recorded, please contact your clinical staff for clarification. Data collection methods and recording frequency may vary depending on your individual care plan.


8) Account Deletion and Deactivation

If you request account deletion, we may not be able to delete clinical records that must be retained for legal and legitimate clinical documentation purposes.

In such cases, your account will be marked inactive and access may be disabled while required records are preserved. To request account deactivation or ask questions about your data, please contact us using the information below.
