At the Colorado Alliance for Health Equity and Practice (CAHEP), we provide exceptional family medicine, known as “Family Medicine by CAHEP,” as well as oral health care for individuals aged 4 and older. Located in Aurora and Denver, Colorado, CAHEP serves the Denver Metropolitan area with a mission to enhance the health of Colorado’s immigrant communities.

CAHEP’s diverse team, fluent in over 40 languages, ensures accessible, inclusive care through interpretation services. Many providers are immigrants themselves, allowing them to build meaningful connections with clients from similar backgrounds.

CAHEP offers a wide range of medical services, including primary care, dental cleanings, women’s health, cancer screening, geriatrics, and chronic disease management, all available under “Family Medicine by CAHEP” to support the community’s comprehensive healthcare needs.
