Sujin Baek, MS, AGACNP-BC, RN, is an adult-gerontology nurse practitioner at Colorado Alliance for Health Equity and Practice (CAHEP), providing primary care to the friendly community in Aurora and Denver, Colorado. Sujin began her studies at the Seoul National University School of Nursing in Korea. Here, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and immediately started working in the university’s hospital as a registered nurse. With over four years of experience in emergency room care, Sujin moved to the United States to study at Columbia University’s prestigious School of Nursing in New York City. At Highbridge-Woodycrest Center in the Bronx, New York, Sujin provided long-term care to HIV/AIDS patients while contributing to patient care plans. At Colorado Alliance for Health Equity and Practice (CAHEP), Sujin provides primary care to all those in the community, including physical exams, diagnostic tests, and evaluations.
