about our general medicine practice

At the Colorado Alliance for Health Equity and Practice (CAHEP), Sujin Baek, and the team provide high-quality family medicine and oral health care to people ages 4 and older at two locations in Aurora and Denver, Colorado.

CAHEP’s mission is to improve the health of Colorado’s immigrant communities. The diverse team speaks more than 40 languages and regularly provides interpretation services for patients. Since many of the providers are immigrants themselves, they’re able to relate to the clientele on a personal level.

People from all over the Denver Metropolitan area visit CAHEP to access various medical services, including primary care, dental cleanings, women’s health, and wellness exams. The team also offers more specialized care, including cancer screening, geriatrics, and chronic disease management for diabetes, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol.

The CAHEP team serves patients with and without health insurance. They accept Medicare and provide equitable access for all patients, using a sliding scale for all services.
